Very kind and prompt staff! Bought a preowned car from them on 12/23/19 and on the way home I noticed it was pulling to the left and I called them and they said to bring it in today and they checked the alignment and fixed the issue for no cost to me and I am so glad to see they still have the "put the customers needs first" approach to things they were all very helpful and made me feel at home!

This was a great experience from start to finish. My interaction began with an internet inquiry about a car. Jose responded within 30 minutes. Every interaction I had with him from that moment was respectful, helpful, personable, and prompt. He was available but put no pressure on my decision. November, 2017, my wife was rear-ended, and her Toyota Camry was totalled. Veteran's Day weekend, we drove all over the state to find a new car. The OKC-INFINITI dealership treated us as if we weren't worth their time. This morning, my wife drove past that OKC dealership for the two-hour drive to Jackie Cooper INFINITI for service. Wife raved about the luxurious waiting room, the low wait time for complete service, and how kind and generous everyone was. She said getting her G35 serviced there is worth the drive/wait.
